RSVP Questions
When is the RSVP deadline?
We respectfully request your response by November 15, 2024.
Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?
Please RSVP online. Select the “RSVP” tab from the drop-down list. There, you’ll be able to respond for yourself and anyone else in your group.
Wedding Questions
What is the dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is Black-Tie Optional.
What time should I arrive to the ceremony?
The prelude begins at 2:30 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We request that you arrive no later than 2:30 PM so you have time to mingle and find your seat.
Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
The ceremony will take place in New Fort Hall on the ground floor of Hotel X. The cocktail hour and reception will take place on the third floor of Hotel X.
Can I bring a plus one?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated. When you RSVP, you will see whether we have included a plus one for you.
Are children allowed?
Due to limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named.
Will there be an open bar?
Of course! Please drink responsibly.
Can I bring a gift to the wedding?
Instead of traditional wedding gifts, we would greatly appreciate if you contributed to our cash fund located in the "Registry" tab of our site.
Other events
Will there be an event the night before the wedding?
Yes! We hope to see you at our “Welcome Party” on Friday, January 3, 2025 at Miss Likklemore’s restaurant from 7:30 PM - 11:30 PM! This event is open to all invited wedding guests. No RSVP necessary.
Travel Questions
What airport should I fly in to?
There are two airports in Toronto, ON.
Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) is the major airport servicing Toronto. It's 14 miles (22 KM) from Hotel X Toronto. Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ) is the smaller airport servicing the area. It is 1 Mile (1.5 KM) from Hotel X Toronto.
What travel documents do US citizens need to travel to Canada?
Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry proof of citizenship and identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card, or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citizens. For tourist visits to Canada of less than 180 days, U.S. citizens do not need visas.
Are there discounted room rates for guests who stay at Hotel X?
Yes! See "Hotel Accommodations" tab for more information.
Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Yes. Hotel X Toronto Self-Parking is $35 CAD + taxes per night. Hotel X Toronto Valet Parking is $50 CAD + taxes per night.
Do you recommend any other hotels in the area?
While our discount/room block rate is only applicable for Hotel X Toronto bookings, we have a couple other hotels we recommend! See "Hotel Accommodations" tab for more information.
I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Toronto?
